ADMINISTRATION

Human Resources Generalist
This position will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources.  The HR Generalist will be focused on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, as well as general human resources and administrative functions.  The qualified candidate will manage the full life cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding while maintaining standards and complying with employment law.  The HR Generalist will develop both creative and traditional recruiting sources for talent, build relationships with hiring managers and provide a high level of customer service.  This position will also focus on the Wellness Program and other culture-enhancing activities and programs that contribute to a high-performance corporate culture. Customer Care Coordinator — North Central (IN, MI, OH, PA)

Customer Service Representatives

Patient Billing Specialist

Laboratory Technicians
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for using automation for high-throughput specimen processing, test performance and reporting of test results according to laboratory procedures. Laboratory Technical Supervisor
The purpose of the Laboratory Technical Supervisor is to serve as a technical supervisor as per CLIA 42 CFR 493.1449 regulations. The candidate will ensure that the tests meet all regulatory requirements and coordinate with the laboratory staff to review data for accuracy and issue test reports. Sample Accessioner
The primary job of the Sample Accessioner position is to receive, sort, and verify information on the samples arriving daily, prior to laboratory analysis and testing. IT Software Developer

Quality Assurance Analyst
In the position of Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work with a team of dedicated professionals to produce high quality software in a collaborative environment. This position will test and verify that products meet specifications and perform their business purpose. You will develop Test Plans, Test Schedules, and detailed Test Cases that address functional changes, performance, data migration and other aspects of the system.  Provide regular status and risk assessment reports. Document all relevant findings from the release and make an informed decision on the quality of the product throughout the lifecycle and communicate that clearly to stakeholders.
